location the thermostat did not work, noisy and musty. was NOT impressed and would not saty there again for the money. no computer in the buisiness areas connected to the internet....... |

I like the splendour of the place, the character, the breakfast the swiiming pool should have a glass dome for use during the cooler month, i felt shot change that i could not use this facilitiy Late october, also the gym could have been a bit more user friendly, felt like being in a confimed and dark space.. Also dur to a wedding reception, we were unable to eat in the dining room when we wanted.........a bit of a let down, spoilt our stay a little bit... |

Got a chance to experience the Moorish influence on the architect. The location is good for the old town walk tour. |

Pool area was excellant. Rooms were kept very clean! Housekeeping staff were excellant. Meals were slightly expensive but worth it much higher quality than the rest of seville where food standards were very poor! Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was amazing and I loved waking up in it every morning! Bed was really comfortable. Sheets felt like silk! The price but was worth it for the high quality service |

I proposed to my fiance in Seville and spent that night at the Alfonso XIII. The conceirge was incredible. The night before the proposal, he helped arrange for flowers and cava in the room, reserved seats at a Flamenco show (and then called the theater when we were running late to hold our seats), and also helped get our bags in the room without my fiancee knowing. He was absolutely great. |

The general ambience and understated luxury of the hotel coupled with excellent service from all hotel staff. The location was superb for sightseeing in Seville. |

Everything. The room was particularly comfortable and the bed exceptional. Eating in the central courtyard was always a pleasure. |
