Very friendly staff, perfect and reliable shuttle bus driver, incredible breakfast buffet, very rich choice, very very clean rooms and charming location. Metro easy to find by walking 10 minutes Nordic covers would be better than woolen covers |

There were blood sucking insects in the bed. We had to switch rooms at 3am. It took them over 2 hours to respond to our request to move rooms after the bugs started biting us. |

Closeness to the airport and shutle service Defective latching mechanism for window. We could not close the window during a December night. Hopefully they fixed it. Otherwise good except for parking. |

The hotel was convenient for the airport, and I appreciated the shuttle to the airport. The staff was downright surly. There was no friendly greeting or smile when I checked in around midnight, and the shuttle driver did not help at all with my bag, nor did he even get out of the van to help when I disembarked at the airport the next morning at 5am. Becuase of thier poor attitude, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travellers. |

its was near the airport. Also to get downtown you just have to take bus 115 to ave of america subway(1 block away from hotel )..direct..very convenient and easy. They also had an excellent buffet breakfast included in our room price ++++ The internet is very expensive there. They wanted 3 euros for 9 minutes!!!! downtown at a local internet cafe we paid 1 euro for 15 minutes!!!!!! I think a 4 stars hotel should provide better internet sevices especialy in 2008!!!!!!! |
