Staff were always helpfull. the bathroom area was too small. I also feel that in today's world - wi-fi should be included in the cost of the room. |

pretty good location, very clean, very helpful staff, good service, easy to use remote for turning on/off the light/airconditioning system a bit expensive, but beeing in the leading hotels of the world list might add a bit to the price. normal room which was the cheapest is a bit to small and the bang & olufsen tv is not really a thrill |

The staff were very pleasant and our room had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the breakfast. The hot food was actually cold and I think it was a bit over priced. |

The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive. Everyone spoke very good English and did their best to accomidate your needs. |

Helpful & knowledgable staff, charming, comfortable room, bath w/jacuzzi (nice), excellent location near best shopping. Lobby of hotel could be updated for a 5 star hotel. Food prices quite high..........coffee over 6 euros! |

The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). |
